Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users ("you", "your") who access or use the services provided by Firestorm Development ("we", "us", "our"), including game Server Development, Discord Bots, APIs, and all other services ("Services") we provide.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Not Distrubite Our Work For Any Financial Gain.
  
  

• Argue With Our Development Team.
  
  

2. Payments & Subscriptions

Some Services may require additonal payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges associated with your development contract

3. Server Content

You are responsible for all content hosted on your servers, including compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse you as a client if we find any evidence of leaked assets from any leaking sites [ex:Launcher Leaks] we do not work with any leaked content.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our FiveM development services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
  
  

• Abuse, harassment, or toxic behavior towards our staff or community
  
  

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our custom FiveM assets without authorization
  
  

• Failure to make timely payment or reversal of payment (e.g., chargebacks)
  
  

• Use of our services in connection with illegal activities or to violate FiveM’s terms of service
  
  

• Contract abandonment (e.g., failing to complete obligations outlined in an agreed-upon contract without valid reason or notice)
  
  

In the event of termination, your access to all provided files, assets, support, and services will be revoked. We are not responsible for any loss of data, custom content, or revenue resulting from this action.

Voluntary termination of service by the client does not entitle you to a refund. All payments made for FiveM development services are final.

We also reserve the right to refuse future services to individuals or entities who have previously been terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
